Mount Gravatt State School has high expectations for appropriate behaviour. Our new Student Code of Conduct (2020) has been developed with community input and reflects our school's philosphy of taking an educative and supportive approach to helping students learn.

Our school's three expectations are:

Be Safe

Be Responsible

Be Respectful

You can find a copy of our school's Student Code of Conduct in the Documents section of this website.

Bullying

Bullying is not tolerated at Mount Gravatt State School.  School staff work together with families and children to teach appropriate behaviour and respond to reports of bullying.  Our response to bullying is detailed in the Responsible Behaviour Plan.

It is important that students and parents report bullying promptly so that we can intervene early and help solve problems.

For further information see Bullying. No way! – A united federal, state and territory government website.

See the MGSS Anti Bullying Brochure in our documents store.
